Advance Reservation Required: All Romantic Evening experiences must be reserved in advance through the official website. Reservations are subject to availability. Reservation Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully received. Personalized Experience: Each Romantic Evening is custom-prepared for your reservation. Decorations, flowers, catering, entertainment, and other personalized services are arranged specifically for your event. Cancellation & Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of this experience, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Rescheduling: One-time rescheduling may be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled event, subject to availability. Requests made less than 48 hours before the event cannot be guaranteed and may result in additional charges. Guest Arrival: Guests are expected to arrive at the scheduled reservation time. Late arrivals may reduce the duration of the experience without refund or credit. Additional Services: Optional add-ons, special requests, entertainment, catering upgrades, floral arrangements, or custom decorations are subject to availability and may require additional fees. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: Guests are responsible for informing the museum of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before the event. While every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate dietary requests, accommodations cannot be guaranteed. Guest Conduct: Guests must follow all museum policies, staff instructions, and safety guidelines throughout the experience. The museum reserves the right to end the event without refund in cases of unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior. Photography & Media: The museum may photograph or record general areas of the venue for promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional materials should notify the museum in advance. Right to Modify or Cancel: The museum reserves the right to reschedule, modify, relocate, or cancel the event due to safety concerns, operational requirements, severe weather, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances. If the museum cancels the event, guests will be offered a rescheduled date. Liability: Participation is at the guest's own risk to the fullest extent permitted under Florida and U.S. law. The museum is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
