Guided Tour Booking & Cancellation Policy Online Reservations Required: All guided tours must be booked in advance through the official website. Walk-ins are not guaranteed. Separate Admission Required: Guided tour fees do not include museum admission. Each participant must purchase a valid entry ticket separately. All Sales Final: No refunds will be issued for guided tour bookings, including missed tours or no-shows. Rescheduling: One-time reschedule may be requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Same-day changes are not guaranteed. Arrival Policy: Guests must arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or forfeited tour without refund or credit. Right to Modify or Cancel: The museum reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel tours due to safety, operational needs, weather, or unforeseen events. If the museum cancels a tour, guests will be offered a reschedule. Guest Responsibility & Conduct: Guests must follow all staff instructions and safety rules. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund. Liability: Participation is at the guest’s own risk to the extent permitted by Florida/U.S. law. The museum is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
