Reservation Deposit
To confirm your booking, a 40% deposit is required at the time of reservation.
As each experience is carefully prepared and customized specifically for your visit, the
deposit is non-refundable and covers the planning, coordination, and exclusive arrangements made on your behalf.
Your reservation is considered confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Complimentary rescheduling is available up to 92 hours prior to your scheduled event.
For cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 92 hours before the event, the museum reserves the right to retain the 40% deposit paid at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable, as preparations and arrangements for your experience will have already begun.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Remaining Balance
The remaining 60% balance must be paid no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled event.
Failure to complete the final payment within the required timeframe may result in the cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit.
This policy allows us to finalize all preparations and ensure a seamless, personalized, and exceptional experience for your visit.
Number of Guests
This experience is designed exclusively for two guests and is intended to provide a private and intimate atmosphere.
Please note that this package is not intended for group visits, corporate events, birthday celebrations, private parties, or other large gatherings. Such events require separate planning, arrangements, and pricing.

Any changes to the number of guests must be approved by the museum prior to the event date.
Can We Bring Our Children?
The Romantic Evening experience is designed exclusively for guests aged 21 and over and is intended to provide a private, intimate, and romantic atmosphere for couples.
Children and guests under the age of 21 are not permitted as part of this experience.

Can I Bring My Own Food?
Guests may not bring outside food or beverages into the museum unless approved in advance by the Museum.
Can Food Be Delivered to the Museum by a Third-Party Vendor?
No. For safety, operational, and quality-control reasons, the Jellyfish Museum does not accept food deliveries from third-party restaurants, catering companies, delivery services, or other vendors that have not been

What If I Leave Something Behind After My Visit?
If you believe you left a personal item at the museum, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing the Museum Administration at info@jellyfish-museum.com.
Any items found by our team will be safely stored in our lost and found area for a limited period of time. We will do our best to help reunite you with your belongings.
Please note that the Jellyfish Museum cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal property.
Can I Bring My Dog ?No. Pets are not permitted inside the museum.
However, trained service animals assisting guests with disabilities are welcome in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Aquarium Safety
Please do not touch aquariums or lean on exhibit glass.
Respectful Behavior
Please walk at all times (no running) and keep voices at a reasonable level.
Personal Space
Please maintain a respectful and comfortable distance from other guests.
Signs & Staff Instructions
All visitors must follow posted signage and staff instructions while on museum property.
Right to Refuse Service
The Museum reserves the right to remove any visitor who does not comply with these
guidelines without a refund.
How Soon Will We Receive Our Photos?
If you have booked photography services as part of your experience, your professionally edited photos will typically be delivered within 3–7 business days following your event.
Delivery times may vary depending on the number of photos and seasonal demand, but every effort will be made to provide your images as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Video Surveillance
For the safety and security of our guests, staff, property, and exhibits, the museum is monitored by video surveillance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
By entering the museum premises, guests acknowledge and consent to the use of security cameras throughout the facility.
Flash Photography
To protect the health and well-being of our jellyfish, we kindly ask guests to avoid using flash photography near the aquariums.
Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for the animals in our care.
When Should We Arrive?
We recommend arriving approximately 10–15 minutes before your scheduled reservation time.
This allows our team to welcome you, complete check-in, and ensure your experience begins smoothly and on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience.
What Should I Bring With Me?
We recommend bringing a valid photo ID and a copy of your reservation confirmation.
Most importantly, bring your sense of wonder and enjoy a memorable evening together. Everything else needed for your experience will be prepared by the Museum.
Where Can I Park?
You will be able to park conveniently right next to the museum. Complimentary parking is available for all guests, and because your experience takes place after regular visitor hours, there will be plenty of available parking spaces upon your arrival.
Can I Customize My Romantic Experience?
Absolutely. If you would like to add a personal touch or create a special surprise for your partner, the Museum team will be happy to assist whenever possible.
Whether you have a unique idea, a special request, or a custom surprise in mind, we encourage you to contact us by email or submit a custom request form. Our team will review your request and explore how we may be able to help make your experience even more memorable.
Can We Take the Bouquet Home?
Yes. Any bouquet purchased through the museum as part of your experience is yours to keep and may be taken home with you after the event.
Can I Bring My Own Bouquet?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own bouquet to the museum as part of your visit or special experience.
Can the Museum Accept Flower Deliveries from a Florist?
No. For security, operational, and quality-control reasons, the Jellyfish Museum does not accept deliveries from third-party florists, couriers, or other vendors that have not been approved and coordinated directly with the Museum.
To ensure a seamless experience, guests wishing to have flowers during their visit should either bring the bouquet with them or purchase a bouquet directly through the Museum as part of their reservation.
